Tomorrow morning, we will leave for an overnight in a tent camp in Kruger National Park. We will have our own guide, and everyone is telling us we will see animals like never before! Personally, I think we are seeing WAY more animals than I EVER anticipated already, but hey, I'm OK with seeing lots more! I'm not taking the laptop, only my phone, and I cannot blog from there. So I will update this when we return Sunday evening or in the wee hours of Monday morning. Never fear, there is more fabulousness to come!
Oh, and for those of you who have noticed the little cut on my nose. Please don't worry. It's healing fine.
Was it impaled on the horn of a sable? No.
Scratched by a needle sewing up a nyala? Not quite.
Caught on the fence petting a rhino? Nope.
Scratched by a lion? Well, closer...
Actually, I was rolling over in bed the other night, and managed to gouge it with my own thumbnail! Noses bleed a lot! Fortunately, this has been the most serious injury thus far!
As they say here, "bah-yee" for now!
